Terms of Service

Welcome to Petprintingco (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of petprintingco.com (the “Site”), our products, and our services. By placing an order, using our Site, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All payments are due upfront at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.

  • Approval of the digital proof is required before printing.

  • Digital proofs are non-refundable once created.

  • Drawings typically have a turnaround time of 1–3 business days, but timelines are not guaranteed.

  • We may request replacement or higher-quality images if your submitted image does not meet our production standards.

3. Image Quality Disclaimer

Petprintingco is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality images submitted by customers. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if your images do not meet our standards before production, but final responsibility rests with you.

4. Proof Approval Waiver

Once a digital proof is approved by you, Petprintingco is not responsible for any errors, misspellings, or design changes requested afterward. Changes made after approval may incur additional costs.

5. Color & Display Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor settings, device displays, and printing processes, colors displayed on your device may vary slightly from the final printed product. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

6. Customer Images & Artwork

When you submit an image of your pet for a custom portrait, you grant Petprintingco a limited, non-exclusive license to use the image solely for:

  • Creating and delivering your order.

  • Displaying the finished drawing in our portfolio, marketing materials, social media accounts, Etsy store, or website.

When displaying your pet’s drawing publicly, we use their drawing and use aliases in lieu of their real names.

We do not sell, license, or share your pet images with third parties outside Petprintingco.

If you do not want your pet’s portrait used for marketing purposes, you can opt out by emailing info@petprintingco.com with the subject line “Opt Out of Image Use”.

Ownership of Final Product:

  • Customers own the final physical or digital product and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.

  • Petprintingco retains no copyright over finished portraits.

7. Return & Refund Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

  • Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your item back. Packages without an RMA will be refused.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories.

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from petprintingco.com.

  • Associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If items/accessories are missing, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Gift Cards and Digital Products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All returns must be received within 14 calendar days after the 30-day return window.

Refunds:

  • A refund will be issued once returned items are inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email.

8. Shipping Policy

  • We ship to the U.S. and Canada only.

  • Orders to Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

  • Petprintingco is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Petprintingco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

9. Digital Products

  • All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

10. Communication Consent

By providing your email or mobile number, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your order, including requests for pet images, proof approvals, and shipping updates.

  • We do not send SMS or email marketing without your consent.

  • You may opt out of transactional messages only if doing so will not impact order fulfillment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Petprintingco’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in dispute.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

  • All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under California law.

  • You waive any right to participate in a class action.

  • If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of Orange County or Los Angeles County, California.

13. Force Majeure

Petprintingco is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, strikes, or governmental actions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
