Texting Terms of Use

These Texting Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you provide prior express consent to receive text messages from Petprintingco (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of Text Messaging

Petprintingco uses text messaging solely for transactional and order-related purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Confirmations and updates for orders placed on petprintingco.com.

  • Requests for pet images or additional details needed to complete your order.

  • Proof approval requests and reminders.

  • Notifications regarding billing, payment, and shipment.

  • Messages confirming order status (received, in progress, completed, or shipped).

  • Non-marketing customer service communication.

We do not use your mobile number for marketing or promotional messages without your explicit consent.

2. Opting Out

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message to verify your opt-out request. After confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

3. Message Delivery and Limitations

  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

  • Text messaging may not be available from all carriers or in all areas.

  • We do not guarantee message delivery.

  • Factors beyond our control (including network coverage, device compatibility, carrier outages, terrain, weather, or user error) may cause delays or prevent delivery.

  • We and your wireless provider are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses caused by:

    • Messages not delivered, delayed, misdirected, or sent to the wrong number.

    • Inaccurate or incomplete message content.

4. Supported Carriers

We can send messages to most major and minor U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Major Carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and Cricket.

  • Minor Carriers: Viaero Wireless, Cellular One, Appalachian Wireless, Bluegrass Cellular, and others.
    Carrier participation may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid, up-to-date mobile number to receive text messages.

  • If your mobile number changes, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@petprintingco.com.

  • We are not responsible for text messages sent to an old or incorrect number you have not updated.

6. Privacy and Security

  • Your mobile number and any related data are kept confidential and never shared or sold.

  • We do not use your number for marketing without your explicit consent.

  • Text messaging is not encrypted, and there is a risk that messages could be intercepted or viewed by third parties. You assume all responsibility for this risk by choosing to receive messages from us.

7. California Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
